Run by volunteers who are on hand to give advice, guidance and support.
Outside agencies are welcome to meet their clients in a less formal atmosphere and enjoy a breakfast.

Sports Group
We at uchooseit, alongside the Probation Service are involved in getting groups together to get involved in sports once a week.
Keeping fit shouldn’t be a chore so if you want to have a laugh, meet new people and keep fit at the same time the sports group could be just what you need.
Males and females are all welcome; you don’t need to be the next Wayne Rooney or Kelly Holmes – just enthusiastic and willing to join in.
So if you fancy a game of Badminton, Football, Basketball etc……to get you going or you are an organisation that has clients you think would benefit from this group, then contact David Bolland on 07722734188
We meet at Oxford Park Sports Centre every Tuesday (sessions are 15.30 – 16.30).
All sessions are free but you’ll need to bring your own trainers.
